About the Department/Section/Group

The Hoffmann laboratory in the Center for Chromosome Stability (www.ccs.ku.dk) at the Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine (https://icmm.ku.dk/english/), University of Copenhagen, is seeking a postdoctoral research associate in data science. The CCS is a center of excellence funded by the Danish National Research Foundation. The successful applicant will join a group of ambitious and dedicated scientists studying the mechanisms that govern genetic instability in the germline. Our group and research The Hoffman laboratory undertakes research projects aimed at understanding the role of DNA damage response in governing genetic changes that occur in the germline and early embryo to generate diversity and maintain genome stability. As well as conventional molecular/cell biology, the group utilizes model organisms and human eggs and embryos to understand this poorly understood area of human biology.
