Qualification Details

It will be advantageous if you are:

  • Structured and good at keeping a clear overview - even during periods of high workload.
  • Motivated by making things happen and solving diverse tasks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Digital native. Experience editing websites in WordPress is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities/Job Description

Then we can offer an exciting position at DTU Wind Energy and Energy Systems as student assistant. You get to be part of a world-leading research and innovation environment within one of the most important contributors to the green transition.

As student assistant, you will be part of the department's administration where you serve the International Energy Agency's (IEA) Technology Collaboration Programme for Wind Energy (IEA Wind TCP). The IEA Wind TCP Secretariat consists of a small team from DTU and is responsible for the communication between the members, the leadership team and the project managers, as well as supporting the ongoing development of Wind TCP.

Task will include:

  • Coordination and collection of material for the IEA Wind TCP Annual Report.
  • Assisting with planning of ExCo meetings.
  • Ongoing web support and maintenance of websites.
  • Ad hoc tasks, including solving / responding to inquiries to the Secretariat and journaling tasks.

Salary and appointment terms

The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).

Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc.

Starting date is 01-04-2022 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.

The workplace is at DTU Risø Campus, Roskilde (or one of the other locations). You will also have the option to work from home part of the time.
