Qualification Details
As Project Manager, Civil/Infra you are a steering, pragmatic and coaching project manager with a lot of attention for the personal development of the employees in the project team. You stimulate mutual cooperation and cooperation with the users of the campus and other organizational units that are involved in your projects.
- You have preferably completed a university (bachelor or master) study of architecture or architectural business administration.
- You have at least three years of experience with civil/infra projects, preferably in an administrative environment.
- You have knowledge of finance and relevant experience in project management.
- You have a good feeling for the relationships and interests in a large organization and you easily switch at different levels and between various topics.
- You are able to connect people, have team spirit and can inspire and motivate colleagues with plenty of room for independence and personal responsibility.
- You can make good decisions and always keep an overview in hectic times.
- You communicate clearly and write and speak Dutch and English well.
Responsibilities/Job Description
The Projects department of Campus Real Estate & Facility Management (CRE & FM) involves work in the buildings (more than 50) and on the grounds (161 hectares) of the campus: (new) construction, renovation, renovation, (re)design and in this role especially civil engineering work.
Often special projects due to the innovative character of our university and in which sustainability plays an important role. Projects that are carried out on the basis of the Campus Strategy in a multi-year planning or ad hoc, for example at the request of a faculty. An integrated approach is central to this.
Within our Projects department you will work with a total of approximately fifty colleagues. A nice working environment with an informal atmosphere where we find independence, personal responsibility, personal development and a good work-life balance very important.

- The employment is 1 year with a view to permanent.
- A job size of 36-40 hours per week.
- A salary that is based on scale 11 from the Cao Nederlandse Universiteiten with a minimum of € 3,821 and a maximum of € 5,230 gross per month based on a full working week (38 hours), plus 8% holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.
