Qualification Details

Research experience and background in some of the following areas is desired:

  • Statistics and probability theory.
  • 3GPP specifications on URLLC and 5G.
  • Mathematical model of communication systems.
  • Design and performance analysis of wireless systems.
  • Massive MIMO.
  • Large intelligent surfaces and reflective surfaces, with special focus on the modeling and signal processing part.

The applicant is expected to demonstrate international experience by means of publications in reputed conferences and journals and international collaborations. For the sake of publication record confirmation, a link to unique research identifier (Scopus author ID or ORCID) must be provided.

Responsibilities/Job Description

We are looking for a postdoc in the area of wireless communications and signal processing for future mobile networks. Specifically, the candidate will work in 5G related topics, such as ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC) and intelligent surfaces based systems, with special focus on physical layer aspects.
