Qualification Details

We are looking for an applicant who is highly experienced in collaborating closely with both researchers and actors in public health care. The applicant is expected to have a PhD degree in areas of digitalization, health care and/or learning. Relevant previous research experiences include research on topics such as digital competencies and policy and strategy in digitalization. Strong skills in process and document analysis are preferred. In terms of language requirements, the applicant needs to be fluent in written and spoken Danish to conduct studies in the Danish public health care system.The postdoc must carry out a qualitative field study on learning in digitalization in public health care, primarily at strategic level, and be responsible for document and digital data analysis. The postdoc, together with the research group, is also expected to contribute to dissemination including international peer-reviewed articles and Danish reports to participants. The department offers the postdoc opportunities to participate in teaching activities in his/her field.In addition to a relevant PhD degree in areas of digitalization, health care and/or learning, applicants who can document the following are preferred:

  • A strong research profile within public digitalization or e-health
  • A track record of international publications in public digitalization or e-health
  • Excellent skills in collaborating with international researchers
  • Excellent skills in collaborating with central actors in public health care
  • Experience with managing projects
  • The ability to write and speak Danish

About the Project

The project investigates learning from errors in public digitalization. The aim is to contribute with a new theoretical framework for how errors and related learning evolve at interacting interpersonal, digital system and strategic levels.
