Qualification Details

The applicant must have an outstanding track record of publications in top journals within one or several of the division´s research fields, and demonstrated independence and excellence in research. The position requires a doctorate or an equivalent degree from a foreign university. The doctorate shall have been obtained no longer than three years before the expiration date of the application.

Responsibilities/Job Description

The Division of Communication Systems conducts research and education in intelligent networked systems, communications engineering for 5G and 6G, statistical signal processing, attacks on machine learning systems, design of wireless communication systems to support distributed learning applications, optimization of signal processing systems for robust and energy efficient implementation, and network science. The successful candidate will work in one of the projects related to these topics.

A Postdoc will essentially carry out research. The position may also involve teaching, but during no more than a fifth of work time.
