These reflections are shared at seminars and through individual studio discussions, where students practice discussing their work. Teaching is based on concepts like judgment, collection, selection, presentation and archives.

The programme develops methods for portrayal, enables new cinematic expressions and explores new opportunities for public screenings. We want to encourage students to take an inquisitive and critical approach to cinematic conventions and to explore and master an arena in which to work.

We actively participate in technological developments and their possibilities. The programme is closely linked the external world outside of academia, participates regularly in discussion of public interest and contributes to changing the role of cinema in society.
