Qualification Details
We are looking for someone with a good ability to work independently in the field during longer periods, carrying out inventories and recordings of plant populations, and that has good collaborative skills. Driving license is a requirement.
Responsibilities/Job Description
Inventoring plant populations, recording field experiments and collecting demographic information from plants in the field, including planning and preparation before field work and managing collected plant material and data after field work. The work will be carried out in different parts of Sweden and involve longer field trips and overnight stays.

About the Department/Section/Group
Department of Ecology, Environment and Plant Sciences at Stockholm University, research and education is conducted in an international environment. The subject areas are Ecology and Evolution, Ecotoxicology, Marine Biology, Plant Physiology and Plant Systematics. Some of the research has direct environmental and societal relevance and the approach is often broad and interdisciplinary. About 140 people are working at the Department, of which ca. 35 are teachers and researchers and 50 are PhD students.
