Qualification Details

The successful applicant has many of the following qualifications:

  • Experience with quality systems within measurements.
  • Being the key person that ensures that the quality system is alive and that the system is an active player in the Sections development.
  • Being able to work systematically and well organized in a dynamic team
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in English
  • Basic knowledge of database techniques and data acquisition
  • Preferably, experience with measurements on wind turbines or meteorological measurements including lidar measurements
  • Capacity to work as part of a team

Responsibilities/Job Description

The job consists of the following tasks:

  • Ensuring that the quality system is up to date and complies with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and IECRE quality requirements
  • Implementation, maintenance and improvement of our quality manual documents, procedures and instructions.
  • Performing internal audits according to IEC 17025: 2017 requirements
  • Preparing for DANAK annual audit, follow up and correction of deviations.
  • Project managing small commercial projects
  • Management of drives for ftp, data and archive in relation to TAC projects
  • Management and maintenance of web-based online system and logbook

About the Project/Department

The task is done in collaboration with colleagues in TAC and others in DTU Wind Energy. Place of employment is Risø Campus, close to Roskilde.

TAC is a diverse section that works very close with the wind industry, bringing the latest developments in DTU Wind Energy research to the field. We operate test stations Høvsøre and Østerild, where we test prototypes of the next generation wind turbines. We are an accredited test laboratory for mechanical loads, power performance tests, and lidar calibrations.

We are proud to contribute to developing and applying new measurement techniques and test methods, in close collaboration with other sections, clients, research partners, and international standardization and cooperation groups.

DTU Wind Energy is a world-leading and world-renown university department spearheading many areas of research in wind energy. We have a cosmopolitan staff of around 240 people from over 30 different countries. The Test & Calibration section (TAC) consists of 15 people with a wide range of academic and technical backgrounds, and diverse in terms of gender and nationality.
